I have shut down Shady Proxy (shadyproxy.com, shadyroof.com) as I'm not able to commit enough time to manage it anymore.
If you're looking for a web proxy, I would suggest using a HTTP proxy with Firefox Portable on your thumbdrive instead - it works with ANY websites and it only takes less than 10 minutes to set up. Go to Firefox, Tools > Advanced > Network > Settings..., then select Manual proxy configuration, and enter the IP address of the proxy, and check Use this proxy server for all protocols - you're done! You may need to try a few IP addresses before finding a working one, and if you need IP addresses of HTTP proxies, just Google it.
